Sweet chili Meatballs or Little Smokies

on Aug 24 in Appetizer by

If you think these meatballs are too hard to make you shouldn’t be in the kitchen. They’re that easy, and they are some killer meatballs. You serve these at a get together and they’ll be gone in no time. The first time i made these the folks were here, and they kept sneaking in the kitchen and snagging them. If this should happen to you just stab their hands with a fork. Maybe don’t do that, but seriously these are good!

Serves 50

5 lbs of frozen cooked small meatballs or little smokie sausages
1 (32) jar of grape jelly
1 (12ounce) jar of sweet chili sauce (you can find this in the Asian section)
5 ounces of Jalapeno pepper jelly

In a pot combine the two jelly’s and chili sauce; add in the meatballs and simmer about 45 minutes uncovered or until the sauce has thickened
