Asian Chicken Wraps

This recipe came about when i had some leftovers in the fridge, and needed to come up with something. I use a rotisserie chicken in this recipe, but you can also poach a couple chicken breasts if you don’t have a bird handy in the fridge. You can get creative and switch up the dressings and do a southwestern wrap. Add some black beans, corn, and a chipotle ranch. Sometimes i make my own Asian dressing or i will use a cranberry walnut dressing. Have fun, be creative

Serves 4
1/2 rotisserie chicken; torn in chunks
4 burrito flour tortillas
1 cup leftover sweet and sour cabbage; cold
1 (10.5 ounce) can mandarin oranges
1/4 cup chow mien noodles
1/4 cup sesame soy ginger vinaigrette
3/4 cup chopped lettuce

Divide lettuce between the 4 tortillas
add sweet and sour cabbage, chicken, mandarin oranges, chow mien noodles, and the vinaigrette
hold together with toothpicks and slice in half
